Property Alerts USA provides property-monitoring, customer-portal, and lease-reminder tools. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Account and business information, such as your name, email address, company, subscription status, and portfolio details.
Property information you add to monitoring, including addresses and unit counts.
Lease documents and the information extracted from them, such as dates, rent amounts, notice deadlines, and source excerpts.
Messages you send through our contact form and operational records such as reminder-delivery status.
Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including session cookies and server logs.

How we use information

We use information to operate your account, provide requested monitoring and reminders, process payments through Stripe, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve extraction quality. We do not sell personal information.

Lease documents and AI processing

When you upload a lease, we store the file in our service environment and may send its contents to an AI service provider to extract proposed dates and amounts. The results are drafts for your review; they are not legal advice and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not upload documents you are not authorized to share. We use the document and extracted data only to provide the requested lease-review and reminder features.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, property, lease, and reminder records while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for billing, security, and legal obligations. You can delete a lease from the customer portal; this removes the stored file and its extracted terms from active service records. To request account deletion or another data request, contact propertyalertsusa@gmail.com.

Reminder recipients

If you add a tenant email for reminders, you represent that the recipient has agreed to receive those reminders. We use the email solely to send the selected lease reminders and maintain a delivery log for your account.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and AI-assisted extraction. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices as needed to provide their services.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including password hashing and secure session cookies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
